About the Role: The Lead Security Officer will assist in the support of our overall security mission with a focus on product transportation and reports to the Security Manager (Logistics). They will assist the Security Manager with planning and all associated duties of facilitating deliveries/pickups in coordination with Inventory and Sales departments. As Security Lead this position will be an on-site location and as needed mobile out for deliveries. Integrity, accountability and professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for customer interface are critical. Fri with ability to be flexible, including covering days, evenings and weekend Security shifts and Delivery routes as needed. The duties and responsibilities below are meant to serve as a broad overview of whats required in this position.

How youll make a difference: Under direction of Security Manager, lead all security functions integral to the security mission Assist Security Manager with staffing of routes and provide feedback in daily route planning to maximize efficiency Lead onsite security to ensure all expectations are continually met Provide strong customer service and support on deliveries to the standard of our Brand Understand and clearly interpret components of Dutchie delivery manifest Establish, coordinate, and execute training and validate all Drivers on delivery protocols, Dutchie and Leaf ink Manifest fundamentals, Product specifics Support Security and Facility Management in training staff of all facility emergency drills and procedures per SOPs Oversee monitoring, pulling, and reviewing Security footage along with the Security Manager Act as a lead liaison to local law enforcement, and others as needed Lead and support investigations of accidents, theft, and unlawful activities under direction of Security Manager Monitor and maintain vehicle and fleet oversight

Skills to be Successful

(minimum qualifications)

: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associates Degree preferred Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement or a related field. Prior experience in a lead role preferred. Current or previous IGF Driver Security/Logistics & Transport Technician experience preferred Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize Operate with unquestionable Integrity and ability to be accountable & trustworthy Valid Drivers License with excellent driving record required with the ability to execute against a schedule in a safe manner Technologically adept with the ability to successfully navigate multiple systems including Excel, Google suite, and security systems. (Genetec preferred) Ability to work effectively as a team member, and independently as needed Clear communication skills with the ability to remain calm in periods of high stress or unusual activity Ability to maintain confidentiality and absolute reliability and honesty

Schedule : Core hours Monday

Friday Day with flexibility to meet Delivery Day/Evening Schedule and Rotational Saturday/Sunday Security Desk as needed.

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required.
