to support our clients medical facility in

Dallas TX 75247 . This is a

3-month assignment

with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Location: Dallas TX 75247 Pay Range: $16.70 per hour Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm(40 hrs per week) Duration: 3 Months+

*The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.*

Responsibilities: Unload trucks and receive incoming shipments. Inspect, verify, and process all received materials and enter data into the Materials Management System. Notify Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies between shipments and documentation. Prepare and document outbound shipments. Manage returned goods in accordance with company SOPs. Deliver stock to appropriate staging areas and storage locations. Store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation based on receipt and expiration dates. Identify and report short-dated materials to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory. Pick, pack, and deliver both internal and external orders as needed. Prepack bulk materials into smaller units as required. Maintain accurate record storage and retrieval systems. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand carts safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations (OSHA, CLIA, etc.). Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Forklift or electric walkie stacker certification is a plus.
