What You’ll Do
Lead residential plumbing installations, including sewer and excavation projects
Operate hand tools and excavators for exterior digging and installation work
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout projects
Provide accurate recommendations, solutions, and project updates
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites that reflect company standards
Promote and protect the Tom Drexler brand through quality workmanship and customer service
Lift and transport plumbing materials up to 75 lbs regularly
What We’re Looking For Required:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience with sewer and water service installations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physically capable and safety-focused
Monday–Friday availability with rotating Saturdays
Prior experience leading or mentoring plumbing installation crews
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to code
