Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Program multi-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam (or similar CAD/CAM software) Develop efficient toolpaths, setups, and fixturing for complex aerospace components Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize machining processes Troubleshoot, edit G-code, and ensure programs run efficiently and safely
Qualifications:
5+ years of CNC milling and programming experience (3, 4, or 5-axis) Strong proficiency in Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAM software Hands-on experience with HAAS, Okuma, or similar CNC mills Deep understanding of precision machining, tooling, and GD&T principles Ability to work from solid models and complex blueprints
