**Position Overview:**
The Gardener is responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas by planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and mowing. Ensures all plants are healthy and the area is clean and well-kept. Reports any issues such as pests, plant diseases, or equipment problems.**Requirements:**
– Experience in gardening or landscaping is a plus
– Able to work outdoors for extended periods
– Physically fit; able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
– Reliable, honest, and punctual
