The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across all levels of the organization, with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with General & Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, and department heads to identify workforce needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals and company culture. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across divisions, corporate offices, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop clear, compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, industry networking, and community partnerships. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-turnover and hard-to-fill positions (e.g., production supervisors, maintenance technicians, engineers). Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the employer brand. Partner with HR and leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience and consistent hiring practices. Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and track recruiting metrics. Support diversity recruiting initiatives and promote inclusion in hiring practices. Monitor industry and local labor market trends to stay competitive in talent attraction. Collaborate with HR Generalists and the Training Department to oversee new employees’ overalltransition to TransPak Coordinate with hiring managers, site-level HR, and the Training to manage site-level welcome letter and training plan development and distribution. Support efforts to develop and launch new 30-60-90 day review process. Collaborate with compensations team to ensure pay grades are identified for specified regions. Assist with onboarding and workforce planning as needed. Education/Knowledge/Skills/Experience Desired

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience hiring both hourly (shop floor) and salaried (professional/technical) employees. Strong sourcing and networking abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems. Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
