AP/AR & AIA Billing Representative

to join the team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and AIA billing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction industry accounting practices, strong knowledge of AIA billing procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process AIA billing applications and related documentation. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate entries. Verify invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy and compliance. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Generate and distribute client invoices; monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits. Collaborate with project managers to track job costs and billing schedules. Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and other accounting tasks as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, vendors, and clients. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, with a strong background in

AIA billing . Prior experience in the construction industry strongly preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Why Join
