Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
to join our team in a
Walk-In Clinic
in
Ludington, MI . In this role, you will provide same-day primary care to patients of Ludington, MI, and the surrounding communities. Office space is located adjacent to the hospital and includes EPIC EMR, full support from clinical associates and medical office support. Work with knowledgeable practice management professionals assisting in day-to-day operations. Take advantage of the resources and referral base offered from the larger Corewell Health system. Responsibilities
Provide same-day primary care to patients in a walk-in clinic setting. Utilize EPIC EMR and collaborate with clinical associates and medical office support. Work with practice management professionals to assist in day-to-day operations. Leverage resources and referrals from Corewell Health system. Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards within Corewell Health Medical Group. Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
Required Master’s Degree for Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000. Must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. 3 years of relevant experience in current, relevant clinical experience. Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner. LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan. BLS, NRP, PALS certifications. Physician Assistant
Required Master’s Degree; Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program. 3 years of relevant experience in current, relevant clinical experience. LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan. PA-C certification (NCCPA). BLS, PALS, NRP certifications. Location and Employment Details
Location: Ludington, Michigan Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours of Work: M-F 7a-7p, Sat 8a-2p Days Worked: Monday - Saturday Weekend Frequency: Every third weekend Benefits
