Overview
Corewell Health West Michigan in partnership with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join the residency program in Greenville, MI. The residency is renowned for excellence in medical education and patient care. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive care in an outpatient setting and mentor residents. Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Supervising and teaching residents and medical students. Participating in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Engaging in continuous professional development and staying current with medical advancements. Qualifications
Required – Bachelor’s Degree BE/BC Family Medicine LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required CRT-BLS - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or CRT-BLS - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required CRT-ACLS - If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required Corewell Health Medical Group & Benefits
Pre-fixed clinical professor of medicine appointment with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine with opportunity or academic promotion. Appointment as core faculty in ACGME accredited Corewell Health-Grand Rapids/Michigan State University Family Medicine Program. Academic advisor and mentor opportunities. Opportunities to serve on graduate medical education sub-committees.
