About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Vice President of Finance, Strategy, and Analytics to spearhead our annual strategic and financial planning initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing performance tracking, report generation for company stakeholders and the board, and shaping our pricing strategy. You will lead deal desk reviews, support innovative partnership assessments, and help establish company-wide KPIs along with performance analytics. You will also manage our expanding FP&A team.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2B SaaS software or payments, alongside deep financial insights, strategic analytical skills, and robust project management capabilities. You should be adept at attracting and mentoring a high-performing team, infusing creativity into financial planning.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in comprehensive financial and strategic planning, alongside at least 8 additional years in finance, strategy, accounting, analytics, pricing, or management consulting. A demonstrated success in leading pricing strategy and deal desk evaluations, along with the capability to develop and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership and boards, is essential.
Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills are vital, as is the ability to manage multiple projects to deliver outstanding outcomes. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, who thrives in collaborative environments to drive impactful strategic initiatives forward.
