Overview The Mass General Brigham (MGB) Workforce Development SUCCESS Program is a 3-month paid employment program designed to provide opportunities for individuals who have completed a pre-employment program and/or come highly recommended by a community partner or agency. The goal is to help participants secure permanent employment within MGB. The program connects participants with departments across the hospital where they can gain valuable skills, competencies, and experience in a supportive and welcoming environment. Upon successful completion of the 90-day program, participants become eligible for permanent employment opportunities within their training department, other hospital departments, or elsewhere within the MGB system.
Responsibilities The program provides participants with exposure to various departments to develop skills and experience in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include participating in the 90-day paid program, completing assigned training and tasks, and pursuing opportunities for permanent employment within MGB upon successful program completion.
