Stand up systems: from staffing to depot readiness, fleet tools to training.
Manage launch budgets and schedules using Google Sheets and other tools.
Build dashboards, slides, and weekly updates for leadership and partner consumption.
Interface with AV developer partners, facility managers, and internal operations leads to ensure full readiness.
Serve as launch quarterback on-site - resolving real-time issues, conducting on-the-ground assessments, and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of program management, operations, consulting, or launch-related experience.
Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and visual (Slides).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities; SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
