Overview
Mon to Fri (8 hours each day) Must be okay working with previously homeless population. Willing to train if you have administrative experience or working with homeless population experience. Must be okay commuting to the Tenderloin neighborhood. This is a corporate position. Please indicate if you are looking for the assistant role (entry-level) or specialist role (1-2 years minimum). Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Occupancy Team, you may lease units and provide customer assistance to the clients of Caritas Management Corporation (CMC) and the property. Relate well to people and exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, vendors, and co-workers. Knowledge of HUD and Tax Credits preferred but willing to train an individual that is good with numbers and detail oriented. Attention to detail and logic and provide excellent customer service. Ability to identify and solve problems. Qualifications
1 year of experience in affordable housing management or related fields preferred. 2 years of managing people and projects. 1 year with HUD, Tax Credit, BMR or other low-income housing programs experience preferred. Ability to make legible written reports. Ability to work well with diverse populations. Company Description
