Better Buzz Coffee seeks General Managers to support our growing brand. Better Buzz Coffee is headed to the corner of Tatum & Shea in Phoenix and we expect to open early 2026. This role is hourly with a pay range of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour based on a 45-hour work week, with potential for a significant monthly bonus. Training is for 8 weeks, with opportunities to help open a new location or backfill a current one. We are committed to providing outstanding guest service in a fun, upbeat environment. This position pays hourly at a range of

based on a 45-hour work week. The hourly rate translates to roughly
$74,000 - $86,000 annually
based on hours worked. Our General Managers can earn a monthly bonus of up to

Lead the team with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative Ensure the Buzz Life Experience is felt by team members and guests, backed by an outstanding drink experience in a welcoming environment Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to create a BETTER EXPERIENCE with every transaction Lead overall hospitality inside the cafe Enforce brand standards and expectations Drive metrics and KPIs to standard Champion a safe, harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace Create and provide timely team schedules Ensure daily labor and break compliance Run a profitable location and manage food and labor costs within standard Drive sales Maintain a Yelp & Google score at 4.2 or higher Lead all food safety standards Execute accurate inventories Handle difficult conversations to resolve issues Fairly enforce accountability Engage with the community and learn guest names Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred 3 years of prior general management experience in a similar high-velocity, high-volume coffee or fast casual environment 3 years of Food & Beverage experience required High volume drive-thru experience a plus New Location Opening experience a plus About Better Buzz
