Algorithm Development: Define requirements and drive the development of clinical-grade medical algorithms, ensuring they meet FDA verification, validation and clinical performance and usability standards. Product Definition and Planning: Define user needs and product requirements, contribute to feature roadmaps, and align business and technical strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with UX design, engineering, human factors engineering, marketing, Customer Support, Clinical, QA/RA, and other teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery. Customer Engagement: Conduct market and competitive research, gather customer insights, and analyze product usage data to inform decisions and roadmap. Execution and Delivery: Collaborate in sprint planning, oversee product development processes, and ensure high-quality delivery of features and solutions. Special Projects: Lead strategic initiatives and cross-team collaborations and integrations. Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring product compliance with regulatory standards and post-market surveillance activities. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of product development, operations, backlog management, and related processes and tools. Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a product manager with significant experience managing FDA-regulated software products. Skills: Strong technical communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making. Core Expertise: Deep understanding of medical algorithm development, validation, and performance. Design Eye: Appreciation for visual design, usability, and maintaining high design standards. Leadership: Ability to mentor peers, lead teams, and drive strategic initiatives. Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into effective product solutions. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Educational Requirements & Work Experience
BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline. At least 12 years of professional experience in product management, particularly with Software as a Medical Device, agile development practices, and regulatory compliance. Compensation
