Overview

Director of Product for Discovery and Engagement at Favor Delivery. Lead the product team for the Discovery and Engagement domain of Favor’s Consumer roadmap, driving customer growth and retention for Favor’s marketplace product. Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product strategy for the Discovery and Engagement portion of Favor’s Consumer roadmap. Drive and scale product-led growth initiatives across the early part of the customer journey, including onboarding, discovery and search, and re-engagement through promotional levers and a subscription program. Grow, manage, and mentor the product management team; foster leadership, cross-functional collaboration, user-obsession, and problem-solving that balances user needs with business outcomes. Establish and communicate the north star for the domain; drive cross-functional alignment and executive-level storytelling about product work and outcomes. Develop and refine OKRs, roadmaps, and product strategy to align with company goals and drive measurable outcomes for users and the business. Oversee process, resource management, and execution across product managers and squads; coordinate strategy and delivery. Coordinate company-wide communications about the roadmap and product goals; articulate user insights and product strategy to stakeholders. Incorporate market insights, analytics, financial data, and qualitative knowledge to inform strategic direction and key decisions. Cultivate a user-centric, research-oriented product culture across functions beyond product/engineering to ensure alignment with roadmap and strategy. Qualifications

12+ years of experience in product management; 4+ years of direct management of product managers. Related degree or equivalent formal training or work experience. Experience in Growth Product Management for B2C e-commerce, including early funnel engagement, discovery/search, promotional/re-engagement strategy, and subscription/loyalty programs. Experience with e-commerce promotional/merchandising systems and tools (e.g., Talon.One, Segment, CRM platforms like Braze, CMS like Contentful). Track record of delivering products that drive strong business results; excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills. Who you are
