Overview
We are seeking expertise in Generative AI and Python to work directly with enterprise clients. In this highly technical and consultative role, you will help customers identify high-impact generative AI opportunities, design tailored solutions, and implement them using our enterprise AI platform. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, hands-on engineer, and delivery lead — driving real-world AI adoption from ideation to production. Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Discovery: Collaborate with clients to uncover root business challenges and identify high-value generative AI use cases; translate business needs into technical requirements and solution architectures; educate clients on the capabilities and best practices of our AI platform and the broader generative AI ecosystem. Solution Design & Delivery: Design and implement generative AI solutions using Python, LLMs, and platform APIs; develop prompt engineering strategies, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning workflows; directly implement change requests and customizations into the platform to meet client-specific needs. Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects — from discovery and prototyping to deployment and iteration; collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to escalate issues and influence roadmap priorities; ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Technical Leadership: Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, vector databases); contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable solution patterns; help shape the evolution of the platform based on real-world client feedback. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or technical consulting. Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.). Deep understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning. Proven ability to discover business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience delivering projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI applications. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment. Seniority level
