Responsibilities
Designs partial treatment programs;
all outpatient programs are adequately structured; treatment modalities are age and diagnosis specific, develops programs which easily interface with other inpatient and outpatient services provided by the organization
Maintains effective, compatible relationships
between the outpatient services and other programs provided within the Brentwood delivery system
Carries out the personnel management activities
associated with direct staff supervision, including screening and selection, orientation training and development, performance management, and employee relations functions

Qualifications
Education:
Master’s Degree in behavioral science or mental health-related field preferred, required.
Experience:
clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings preferred
Licensure/Certification:
LCSW or LPC required
