Overview:

Reporting to the Digital Project Lead, specificallyresponsible for DeltaV Systems. This candidate will be required to work closely with theDigital teams responsible for the fullAutomation and IT scope and with vendors / partners with responsibility fordelivery of DeltaV DCS.

Requirements

Role Functions:

SME for DeltaV Hardware implementation

Review and Approve related Design Documentation.

Partner with local site project teams to scope changes onthe DeltaV system

Participate in Agile sprint teams for softwaredevelopment

Participate in commissioning and qualificationactivities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning and testing

Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (coveringRS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test)

Ensure software is implemented in a safe fashion withquality a necessary output.

Educate local project teams on automation standards asthey relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation,hardware, software environments and business processes.

Partner with internal Digital departments ensuringstandard and secure implementation in line with Standards

Knowledge, Skills & Education:

Required:

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technicaldegree.

Training completed in DeltaV standard and batch. 5 ormore years of experience in DeltaV application.

Proven record of proficiencies associated with businessanalysis on capital projects.

Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies andLEAN/MPS/ 6 Sigma principles.

Excellent facilitation, problem solving, anddecision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and define businessproblems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process andtechnological solutions is essential.

Proven ability to work in cross functional teams.

This is a site based role. The successful candidate maysometimes be required to attend meetings at Vendor premises or other sites asrequired.

Experience commissioning DeltaV systems in GMPmanufacturing facilities.
