We are partnered with a highly regarded litigation firm seeking a

Mid to Senior-Level Litigation Attorney

with strong experience in

insurance defense . This position is fully remote for Nevada-based attorneys, with occasional in-person requirements. Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials when needed Develop case strategies and provide regular updates to clients and carriers Collaborate effectively with partners and staff in a remote environment Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; active Nevada bar license required Minimum 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Must be a current Nevada resident Additional Details
