What You’ll Do This role leads the Microsoft country-level strategy as part of the Global Cloud capability, ensuring alignment with Slalom’s objectives and scalable goal achievement. Key responsibilities include:
Go-to-Market (GTM) and Microsoft alliance management, collaborating with leadership to adapt offerings to market trends.
Fostering strong customer relationships, aligning recruitment with demand, and supporting sales and solutioning activities.
Leading Global Microsoft delivery teams and overseeing operations to meet financial and operational targets while promoting a collaborative community.
Directly contributing written or verbal thought leadership (e.g., white papers, conference keynotes).
Partnering with Client Outcomes leadership to provide input on external market trends, form, grow or sunset offerings, and drive service/go-to-market approaches.
Providing subject matter expertise and solutioning to strategic clients and driving overall capability growth through pipeline management.
Leading the Microsoft alliance team to support market sales enablement, account planning, Microsoft seller motions, and related activities.
Managing hiring/recruiting strategy for Microsoft, conducting workforce planning, and aligning demand to supply.
Defining country-level learning & development priorities, coaching, mentoring, and managing performance feedback.
Building and maintaining key client/partner relationships, participating in complex deal QA processes, and addressing delivery escalations.
Leading the formation of the Country Discipline’s AOP per company planning cycle and managing resources to achieve operational goals.
What You’ll Bring
Inspirational & visionary leadership with strategic thinking and market trend insight.
Proven ability to translate strategy into action, delivering accretive financial results.
Experience leading large, scaled, high-performing teams (150+ members) with direct revenue >$50M and influenced revenue >$500M.
Complex delivery experience, including management of financials for consulting projects of at least $10M/year.
Domain expertise (15+ years of delivery, 7+ years leading Microsoft businesses).
Innovation and capability development leadership, setting country vision aligned with Cloud Capability.
Sales track record with individual sales >$25M/year over past two years.
Alliance leadership experience (5+ years leading alliance go-to-market functions).
Additional Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. This role will require time in a Slalom office, at client site, and remote work, with a hybrid environment prioritizing client-facing needs.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $240,000 to $384,000, plus annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) match, health/dental/vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, short/long-term disability, a $350 reimbursement account for wellness expenses, and discounted insurance options.
