Join Boston Scientific as a Senior Product Manager for our Global Commercial Enablement team.
Location Arden Hills, MN (hybrid, at least 3 days per week in office).
About the Role Seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven Senior Product Manager to lead global commercial enablement initiatives for our Electrophysiology (EP) Solutions franchise. The role focuses on proactive communication, strategic brand activation, and cross‑functional alignment to execute marketing and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee portfolio strategy, messaging, customer segmentation, and market perception tracking to ensure consistent, differentiated branding that drives franchise performance.
Define and maintain brand hierarchy, relationships, and nomenclature for EP products to support commercial goals.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform brand strategies.
Partner with regional and global marketing teams to adapt strategies for local markets while maintaining alignment across geographies.
Identify portfolio marketing opportunities and lead cross‑functional collaboration on strategic priorities with business, product, and local market teams.
Develop scalable processes to enhance consistency and impact across EP Solutions, including integration, rebranding, and portfolio refinement.
Build content strategy and develop assets for campaigns, conferences, sales tools, and customer engagements.
Lead activation initiatives to deliver timely, impactful communications across internal and external channels.
Collaborate with events teams to shape EP presence at meetings and identify cross‑franchise partnership opportunities.
Support field activation by creating tools, messaging, and strategies to enable sales teams to communicate EP Solutions value and drive customer engagement.
Build strong relationships with the field team and key customers to gather insights for strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or healthcare.
5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial enablement.
Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Strong strategic thinking, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with campaign planning, content development, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences (preferred).
Ability to travel 10‑20% of the time, including international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
Experience with electrophysiology products and customers.
Work Mode Hybrid – employee must work from our Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.
Compensation Minimum salary: $99,100 – Maximum salary: $188,300 (annual).
