This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Physician, located in Leominster, MA. The Family Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing routine check-ups, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, offering preventative care and health education, and actively participating in outreach and community health activities. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in a family medicine setting. Diagnose and treat illnesses; perform routine check-ups and preventive care. Manage chronic conditions and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Engage in patient education and outreach activities to promote community health. Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in family medicine, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. Expertise in preventative care, health promotion, and patient education. Experience in chronic disease management and care coordination. Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board certification in Family Medicine. Valid state medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
