Job Description
Sr. Product Manager - Martech & Growth is responsible for being the driving force behind digital innovation. Your role will center on redefining our Web & Mobile presence while enhancing our marketing capabilities, ultimately building a legacy in the digital landscape.
Reports To Chief of Staff to the Chairman
Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Indirectly leads a team dedicated to website enhancement and digital marketing, instilling a culture of agility, innovation, and customer focus
Oversees the full lifecycle of customer-centric web solutions and marketing technologies, driving eCommerce growth and enhancing user experience
Spearheads the enhancement of user interface and user experience across digital properties; collaborates with design teams to create platforms that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and user-centric
Crafts and implements robust digital strategies for website and marketing technology, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion
Collaborates with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure a data-driven, integrated approach to digital initiatives
Stays at the forefront of DTC trends, eCommerce innovations, and digital marketing advancements to maintain competitive edge
AB Testing to continuously elevate the customer experience
Analyzes data to drive strategic decisions, focusing on engagement and conversion optimization
Champions the creation and refinement of an advanced attribution model to deliver insights into marketing channel performance and optimize budget allocation
Collaborates with merchandising and design teams to ensure product displays and promotional content are tuned for engagement and conversion
Directs sprint management and maintains productive relationships with external development partners to ensure timely project delivery
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5-10 years of related experience
Up to 25% travel
18 years of age or older
Required Skills
At least 5 years of product management experience with digital platforms, website optimization, and marketing technologies in a DTC environment
Strong leadership with passion for the DTC model and digital marketing; solid understanding of eCommerce strategies
Proven success in developing and launching digital products that drive engagement and growth
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to align teams around a digital vision
Data-driven innovator focused on improving customer experience and business outcomes
