About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the growth and engagement roadmap at Finvest. You’ll focus on building features that deepen user trust, increase retention, and turn daily engagement into long-term investing behavior. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and data to translate insights into elegant, measurable product experiences.
In this Role, You Will
Lead the strategy and execution for engagement, retention, and activation initiatives.
Analyze behavioral data to identify friction points and opportunities for compounding user value.
Design and run experiments (A/B tests, funnels, cohorts) to improve core product metrics.
Collaborate with design and engineering to ship features that drive recurring usage and habit formation.
Partner with marketing and growth teams to align lifecycle and in-app engagement strategies.
Build dashboards and frameworks for product analytics, reporting on key health metrics (DAU/MAU, activation, retention, LTV).
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You
Have 2+ years of product experience in consumer tech, fintech, or data-driven products. We’re also open to ex-consultants and Chiefs of Staff who’ve worked closely on product initiatives.
Are deeply analytical – you treat metrics as the product’s heartbeat and know how to move them.
Have a strong grasp of engagement loops, retention frameworks, and behavioral UX.
Communicate crisply and collaborate cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
Bring a builder’s mindset: hypothesis-driven, iterative, and unafraid to ship and learn.
