Power Apps Developer
to join the team. The
Power Apps Developer
will:
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) .
Build and optimize automated workflows using
Power Automate .
Develop
Power BI dashboards and paginated reports
for analytics and reporting.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with
SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 , and third-party APIs.
Ensure compliance with
GCC security and data governance standards .
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.
Support innovation initiatives and contribute to internal R&D efforts.
Qualifications
This position has been posted at multiple levels. Depending on the candidate's experience, requirements, and business needs, we reserve the right to consider candidates at any level for which this position has been advertised.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Proven expertise in
Power Apps ,
Power Automate ,
Power BI , and
Dataverse .
Strong understanding of
SQL Server , relational databases, and data modeling.
Familiarity with
Microsoft GCC environment
and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requisition Preferences
5+ years of experience in application development, preferably in
government or regulated environments .
Demonstrated
leadership qualities , including mentoring, technical guidance, and cross-functional team coordination.
Experience with
Dynamics 365 ,
Azure services , and
SharePoint development .
Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Experience supporting
NASA, federal agencies , or other public sector clients.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).

Equipment and Machines Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).
Attendance Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
