Civil Site Engineer
for its Chantilly, VA office. Work in a collaborative setting with multidisciplinary professions where employee goals are valued as highly as company goals. As a
Civil Site Engineer , you will work on a wide variety of high-profile and diverse projects for both public and private sector clients. Project types include mixed-use and transit-oriented developments, government facilities, residential communities, commercial and office developments, utilities and infrastructure projects, and data centers. Responsibilities
Lead and support civil engineering site development projects from concept through completion. Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility designs. Perform site layout, roadway design, and infrastructure planning in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD to prepare engineering drawings and documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and technically sound project delivery. Review and interpret technical reports, including geotechnical, environmental, and traffic studies. Provide mentorship to junior staff and support project management tasks as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 4–10 years of civil site design and land development experience. Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of site planning, stormwater management, grading, and infrastructure design. Experience working with private sector clients and/or public sector/federal agencies. EIT or PE license required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a
