Position Details Two openings available: one full-time and one part-time Full-time: 5 days per week, 36.25 hours weekly Part-time: 1 day per week, 7.25 hours Contract duration: 2025-2026 school year, from ASAP start to June 9, 2026 Average caseload: 55 students Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language pathology services to K-12 students Track and document service minutes accurately Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to developing, reviewing, and completing IEPs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing SLP services within a K-12 school setting preferred Strong organizational skills for tracking caseloads and documentation Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards Location: San Jose, CA, with potential travel to neighboring communities including Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, and Morgan Hill.
