Director, Commercial Strategy - Aesthetics at Allergan Aesthetics (an AbbVie company). This is a hybrid role including in office and remote working days. Must be resident or relocatable to Irvine, CA area. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to align leadership vision with operational execution. The role will oversee and drive the execution of the organization\'s complex business operations and projects, managing cross-functional initiatives involving leadership teams, sales and marketing initiatives, program strategies, planning and execution. The incumbent will operate proactively with a continuous improvement mindset, driving strategic initiatives and enabling cross-functional operational efficiencies while anticipating future business needs. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment and Execution: Translate executive vision into actionable goals across departments and ensure strategy is aligned with corporate objectives. Drive cross-function accountability to performance. Commercial Strategy Integration: Direct project strategies using in-depth knowledge of the commercial landscape; translate goals into actionable project plans that align with business objectives and market needs. Lead Meeting Cadence and Governance: Plan and facilitate executive meetings; track follow-ups and ensure accountability on leadership decisions. Internal Communications and Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge between leadership and staff; develop communications strategy and ensure consistent messaging. Stakeholder Management: Serve as main liaison for cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Operations, Finance, HR, and Consulting); build relationships, manage communication, align priorities, and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution. Strategic Project and Program Leadership: Lead execution of large-scale portfolio projects; oversee end-to-end program and project management; develop plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and track milestones. Metrics and Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs; analyze outcomes and optimize future projects and growth. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to measure results, adjust strategies, and provide insights to senior leadership; champion cross-functional collaboration for strategic decision making. Organizational Efficiency: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in workflows and communication; optimize internal processes for speed, clarity and accountability. Leadership and Innovation: Provide thought leadership on industry trends, operations, and project management; advocate for innovative ideas that drive results; enhance process leadership. Special Projects: Define scope, collaborate across teams, manage timelines, and drive measurable impact in fast-paced environments. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent preferred. A Master\'s degree is a plus. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in project/program management with a focus on commercial operations and product launches; experience leading go-to-market strategy development and execution; P&L optimization; proven track record in fast-paced environments. Skills: Exceptional project management, strong financial and business acumen, influencing senior stakeholders, expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall); analytical for data interpretation and strategy adjustment; excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Travel: Some travel may be required up to 20% of the time. Additional Information

The compensation range described is the base pay range the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of posting; individual compensation depends on factors including geographic location and may differ from the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) for eligible employees.
