Overview
Position: Director, IT Business Operations
Location: 3040 Salt Creek Lane, Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:00pm; Hybrid position with some travel to other corporate sites (Warrenville, Skokie, Arlington Heights).
Full Time
Hourly Pay Range: $67.98 - $105.37. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do
Portfolio and Team Leadership: Drives end-to-end activities for the Service Delivery, IT Finance, EPMO and Controls portfolios. Develops and leads teams for high performance outcomes.
Solution Implementation Oversight: Provides direction for solution implementation including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimization, and support.
Business Relationship and Requirement Management: Establishes relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user requirements; identifies business requirements to guide specifications for ease of business operations.
Governance, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Synergy Management: Leads or participates in governance committees and collaborates with key stakeholders, leaders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize workload, identify synergies, and ensure seamless execution of touchpoints and deliverables.
Vendor Relationship and Solution Oversight: Collaborates with vendors to ensure systems and solutions meet Endeavor Health needs.
Team Management and Leadership Oversight: Mentors direct reports through oversight of budgets, policy and procedure development, talent management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and other duties as assigned.
Technology Trends and Innovation Strategy: Stays updated on latest technologies and promotes implementation of relevant technologies. Participates in industry organizations as appropriate.
Service Delivery, ITSM, and Financial Oversight: Coordinates service delivery, ITSM adherence, IT financial management, IT audit and compliance, and executive communication.
Standards and Compliance Management: Establishes department standards for policies, service standards and KPIs, IT financial management, and audit/compliance.
What you will need
Education: Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
Certifications: ITIL Foundations
Experience: Five (5) or more years managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or related industries.
Leadership: Three (3) or more years of leadership experience.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong technical skills, understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices, ability to manage multiple complex projects, strong interpersonal skills, strategic initiative execution, accountability, analytical and problem-solving abilities, curiosity and innovative mindset, focus on people and recruitment/retention.
