This position requires a strong emphasis on in-person presence in our Chicago office, located in River North near the Merchandise Mart and accessible by public transportation. What You’ll Need
Proven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two years Develop and implement trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements The ability to create and support quantitative models Experience with data analysis programming languages (Python is a plus) An attentive, mindful, and focused demeanor Proven self-starter Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement Strong communicator who works well with others but also thrives in an entrepreneurial environment The approximate annual base compensation range for this position in Chicago, IL is $72,000 to $120,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity. The total rewards package includes health benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, parental leave, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and discretionary bonus. Benefits Highlights
