Are you an exceptional product manager with a passion for driving innovation in the B2B payments ecosystem? We are looking for someone to join our North America product and go-to-market unit for Visa Commercial Solutions. You will toggle between intricate technical product details and captivating executive narratives, delivering measurable business outcomes for Visa’s North America Commercial Solutions Team. Your ownership, vision, curiosity, and critical thinking, coupled with creative problem-solving skills, will set you up for success. Success Metrics
Drive B2B payment volume growth and market share expansion for the small business to middle market segment. Product launches with strong adoption. Deliver strategic presentations that reflect high quality and impactful thought leadership. Cross-functional collaboration with high sales stakeholder satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities
Innovate and develop new product and growth ideas for the North America B2B segment, focusing on card spend, based on data findings. Craft compelling presentations articulating product vision, market opportunity, and business impact. Define, develop, launch, own, maintain, and evolve B2B solutions. Translate market needs into actionable business requirements, user stories, personas, and go-to-market deliverables. Help drive VCS’s B2B strategy, defining and executing market approaches that deliver revenue growth and competitive advantage. Conduct market research, gap analysis, and competitive analysis to understand the needs of businesses in the US. Drive results through influence, negotiation, and collaborative execution. Partner with Account Executives for client-facing product discussions and strategic presentations. Lead and align cross-functional teams without direct management authority, building consensus across global product leads, marketing, sales, compliance, and operations. Monitor performance metrics and iterate strategies based on market feedback and business outcomes. Confidently present and translate technical concepts with executive presence. Engage broad audiences through customer-facing communication excellence. Develop thought leadership, including PowerPoint presentations and public speaking on sales calls/demos. Job Details

Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD Experience in Product/GTM commercial platforms or payments. Experience setting up initial offerings and use cases with pilot partners. Ability to manage and coordinate complex cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical resources. Analytical, results-oriented leader with a consultative approach. Strong questioning, idea generation, and solution-delivery capabilities. Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment, including client-facing projects. Extensive experience in product development, strategy, and management within payments or financial services. Proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies and product leadership with complex deals. Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus. This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and operate standard office equipment. Visa is an EEO Employer.
