Project Manager
who can translate design vision into exceptional execution, lead with accountability, communicate with clarity, and embody the pride of fine building.
The Opportunity
As a
Project Manager
at Perez Construction, you will own the success of complex, design-driven residential projects from pre-construction through final walk-through. You\u2019ll work closely with our leadership team, site superintendents, architects, and clients to deliver projects that reflect our uncompromising standards of quality and service.
You'll be entrusted with both
execution and experience
- ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the level of finish that defines the Perez name.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of high-end residential construction, from permitting to closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Partner with designers and architects to resolve challenges and uphold design intent.
Oversee change order management, client updates, and progress billing.
Use project management software (BuilderTrend or similar) for communication, documentation, and financial tracking.
Mentor field teams and collaborate with the ownership group to refine systems and standards.
What You Bring
5-10 years of project management experience in high-end residential or boutique remodeling.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a detailed level of communication.
Solid understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and luxury finishes.
Strong scheduling, budgeting, and leadership skills.
Professional, client-focused demeanor with exceptional communication and follow-through.
Proficiency in BuilderTrend, Procore, or comparable software.
A collaborative mindset firm in standards, flexible in approach.
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000 - $150,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
Performance bonus based on project profitability and client satisfaction.
Health and dental benefits after 90 days.
