Architect and implement scalable backend systems using FastAPI, asyncio, and Python Design and optimize PostgreSQL database architectures with performance tuning Develop data processing pipelines leveraging cloud services and storage solutions Implement caching strategies, rate limiting, and secure authentication mechanisms for APIs Drive comprehensive test coverage with unit, integration, and load testing frameworks Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior engineers What you’ll bring

5+ years of senior-level backend development experience Expert-level Python programming skills with async/await patterns and concurrent programming Strong experience with FastAPI and advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy Proven track record building high-availability, scalable API services Experience with serverless architecture, cloud functions, and CI/CD processes Expertise with pytest framework, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills Benefits and eligibility

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00-$198,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some roles may include stock or other compensation depending on position and plan terms. Minimum Qualifications
