The Principal Business Analyst, SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) will partner with Lantheus Core IT team and business users to support and enhance SAP OTC processes, participate in software product evaluations, project planning, application integrations, implementation, testing, trouble shooting, and support of the SAP platform. This position requires strong communications, planning and technical skills working directly with various levels of the business and external vendors.
Lantheus operates and maintains a portfolio of commercial operation systems responsible for Quoting, Ordering, Shipping-Receiving-Traceability- and Reporting on all inventory and distribution activities across the company.
This role will focus on SAP OTC Pricing, Rebates and Billing including integration to 3rd party systems (ModelN and BillTrust)
The candidate is expected to perform high-quality project and support work for his/her stakeholders, continue to build the SAP capability at Lantheus and foster its continued growth within Lantheus' Organization
This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on-site three days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Work with business users on Incidents and Enhancement requests.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Continually assess the impact of emerging SAP technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the IT management.
Develop productive relationships with business across the organization to influence how SAP applications can enable new sources of value.
Execute methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall) and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.
Update and maintain all SAP/WRICEF functional documentation
Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and Regression tests as needed for enhancements and projects
Good understanding of Life Sciences guidelines including GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc..
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain knowledge of compliance and ensure all work activities are conducted within the regulatory requirements, related policies and procedures, and corporate objectives
Responsible for executing good development and documentation practices
Effectively evaluate and shift priorities appropriately based on multiple considerations and changing demands
Assist in training and knowledge sharing for areas of expertise with other colleagues
Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst with an emphasis on the Life Sciences industry
Expertise and experience within the following areas: Pricing and Billing
Life Sciences industry experience utilizing Model N preferred
S4 HANA solution experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle and process improvement methodologies, including iterative development practices
Commitment to requirements management practices with the ability to control project scope
Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business requirements and presenting solutions to business users and IT team members
Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving capabilities in applying practices and procedures to project need
Experience with business process modeling and process improvement
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to apply processes and methodologies
Understanding of web technologies. Knowledge of SAP, web application servers a plus
Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is a major plus
Must be able to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Agile methodology knowledge is a plus

The pay range for this position is between $111,000 and $185,000 annually.
Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
