Summary of role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our enterprise master data team as a Enterprise Master Data Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate onboarding and maintenance of customer master data across integrated systems, with a strong emphasis on operational precision and white-glove customer service.
The analyst will serve as a key liaison between compliance, and IT teams-supporting golden record creation, survivorship logic, and downstream integration. By combining data stewardship with a customer-centric mindset, this role ensures every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and external partners.
This position is based in Massachusetts and requires a presence on-site three days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Customer Intake and Onboarding:
Manage intake of new customer records via eMDM platform, bulk load, and integration feeds
Deliver white-glove onboarding support for customers
Ensure accurate classification and reference data alignment during intake
Serve as a customer-facing liaison for intake inquiries, ensuring timely and courteous resolution
Data Quality and Stewardship
Apply data quality checks and logic, cleansing routines
Resolve exceptions, duplicates, and match conflicts in collaboration with stewards
Maintain audit trail of changes and ensure traceability
Monitor data quality KPIs and identify recurring issues
Compliance and Governance
Validate customer data against SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP requirements
Ensure proper handling of sensitive fields
Support stewardship training and SOP updates
Integration and System Alignment
Partner with IT team to ensure seamless data propagation
Confirm eMDM ID generation and survivorship logic during intake
Troubleshoot data quality issues and support downstream reconciliation
Collaborate with MDM architects and technical teams on platform enhancements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
3+ years of experience in master data management, customer onboarding, or data quality roles
Proven ability to deliver high-touch, customer-centric support in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Informatica
Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) and pharmaceutical data standards
Analytical mindset with experience in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for KPI tracking
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $119,000 annually.
Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
