What You’ll Do

• Work full-time, Monday–Friday (four surgical days and one administrative/patient follow-up day)
• Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including scheduling, patient communication, and check-in/check-out
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation using Symplast and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Coordinate surgical schedules and assist with patient preparation and post-operative follow-ups
• Provide administrative support to the surgeon, including correspondence, supply management, and general office organization
• Assist during consultations and clinical visits as needed to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certification as a Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) or Medical Office Assistant (CMOA) preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Symplast
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• English fluency required; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
