Job Summary:
The Production Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical production facility. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and leading cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and support new product introductions.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
