The Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology will:
Advance the program to the next level by constructing and implementing strategies for programmatic growth across clinical, educational, and research programs
Continue building upon a dynamic team of over 40 cardiology providers, providing mentorship to junior faculty members, and growing the team to meet clinical access needs
As Co-Director of Norton Childrens Heart Institute, build and maintain strong collaborative and collegial relationships with Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiac Anesthesiology divisions
Leverage a national/international reputation to advance the profile of the Heart Institute and achieve recognition as one of the premiere institutes both regionally and nationally
