Duties & Responsibilities
Design Next-Gen IAM Solutions:
Craft secure, scalable architectures across the IAM landscape, focusing on
CIAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation,
and
identity lifecycle governance .
Leverage Advanced Technologies:
Utilize tools such as
Azure AD, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock,
and
AWS IAM
to provide top-tier access experiences.
Establish Governance & Policy:
Create and enforce
RBAC, ABAC , and authentication protocols like
SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect , in accordance with
NIST
and
ISO 27001
frameworks.
Enhance Identity Infrastructure:
Oversee and optimize
Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM, PKI, GPOs,
and
Certificate Authorities .
Facilitate Seamless Integration:
Guarantee smooth and secure integration of IAM solutions across
enterprise applications, cloud platforms,
and
third-party services .
Prioritize Security:
Actively identify and address identity-related risks, with a focus on
privileged access management
and
identity lifecycle
controls.
Oversee Full Project Lifecycle:
Lead IAM architecture from initial discovery to execution and post-deployment for complex, high-stakes client programs.
Collaborate Strategically:
Partner with stakeholders to transform intricate identity requirements into clear, compliant, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
Ensure Solution Quality:
Maintain high standards in solution delivery, conduct troubleshooting and incident resolution, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Support Business Development:
Contribute to proposals, solution design, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
Team Contribution:
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s degree
in
Computer Science ,
Information Systems ,
Software Engineering , or a related technical field is required; an advanced degree is a bonus. Experience
10+ years
of hands-on experience in
systems administration (Windows/Linux) ,
networking , and
cybersecurity
within complex enterprise settings.
5+ years
in
client-facing roles
delivering
enterprise IAM solutions
encompassing architecture, implementation, and integration in hybrid or multi-cloud ecosystems.
Certification
Preferred certifications include:
CIAM, CAMS, CIMP, CIGE ,
Microsoft Azure , and
AWS .
Bonus for industry-recognized certifications such as
CISSP ,
CISA , and
CIGA .
ITIL
certification is advantageous, especially for candidates with a strong service delivery orientation.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with remote work opportunities, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role may require occasional travel for team and client meetings. In order to thrive in a remote position at PCG, you should: Be available during your designated working hours.

We are accepting applications continuously until the role is filled. Compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, dependent on various factors like location, role specifications, skill set, and experience level.
