Property Manager

**Property Manager** Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Property Manager to oversee a residential community including LIHTC, HOME, and PB Section 8 properties. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, property inspections, compliance with HUD regulations, and financial oversight, while leading a dedicated on-site team and ensuring the property remains in top condition. You will also maintain tenant files, oversee leasing activities, manage maintenance staff, and act as a liaison with government and private agencies to ensure compliance and exceptional service. (Boston, up to $100K, On site) 5+ years of multi-family residential management experience 3 + years of affordable housing experience Knowledge of project-based Section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs Prior experience managing/supervising staff is required Must have experience in Section 8 voucher submission and EIV LIHTC and COS Certifications, required
