Chief Ob/Gyn Physician Join BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers as our Chief Ob/Gyn Physician. BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Chief Ob/Gyn Physician to lead and expand our Women's Health services. In this role, you will be pivotal in balancing quality clinical care with strategic leadership, mentoring staff members, and shaping services that embody our commitment to high-quality, culturally responsive healthcare for everyone. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive Ob/Gyn care, encompassing prenatal and postnatal care, gynecological exams, family planning, and reproductive health services. Conduct outpatient procedures and manage care coordination for patients needing advanced services or hospital deliveries. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster holistic, patient-centered care. Participate in the on-call rotation as necessary. Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Ob/Gyn providers and women's health staff. Develop and apply evidence-based protocols and best practices for Women's Health services. Initiate quality improvement efforts and monitor departmental performance metrics. Engage in regulatory compliance activities and internal audits. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of clinical team members. Represent the department in leadership meetings and strategic planning activities. Contribute to developing community outreach and patient education initiatives. Ensure alignment of departmental goals with BMS's broader mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Current or eligible NY State medical license. At least 10 years of clinical experience in Ob/Gyn. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing clinical operations at the department level. Experience in community health or working with underserved populations is an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills. A strong commitment to health equity and BMS's mission of Total Health and Wellness. Salary Range: $195,000 - $205,000
