The ideal candidate should have a background in value-added distribution or manufacturing, with prior experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in private equity-backed firms. Proficiency in M&A processes, due diligence, and integration is crucial, along with a proven track record in companies generating over $50M in revenue and navigating multi-site complexities.
