Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations. Manage financial functions and performance optimization. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, advanced financial modeling and analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of healthcare operations, provider compensation, and performance metrics. Participation in the FPP's Strategic 2030 Market Expansion plan will be a key aspect of this role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and financial reporting tools.
