Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds. Deliver tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the unique circumstances of each client. Craft comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey. Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client outcomes. Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms completion, showcasing professional integrity. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians, to provide holistic mental health care. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Possession of a relevant license or provisional license as per state regulations. A strong commitment to high-quality mental health care. Desire for ongoing professional development, with access to free supervision and continuing education. A collaborative spirit and dedication to ethical practice with a focus on confidentiality. Excellent communication skills to foster rapport with clients and families.
