The ideal candidate will take charge of financial planning, ensure meticulous recordkeeping, and guarantee compliance with financial reporting standards. You will be instrumental in managing risk, enforcing best practices for financial systems and controls, and preparing comprehensive financial analyses to support critical decision-making. Additionally, maintaining accurate financial statements and orchestrating annual audits will be key responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should have a fervent commitment to operational excellence, strategic financial management, and a passion for developing organizational capabilities. Applicants should be seasoned accounting professionals with at least 10 years of experience in directing accounting departments. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field is mandatory; possessing a CPA or an MBA is highly favoured.
