At HealthEquity, our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team is on a mission to empower smarter risk-taking across the organization-and we're looking for a Risk Analytics Manager to help lead the charge. This isn't just another analytics role. It's your chance to architect the systems and insights that protect our business, support our members, and drive strategic growth. You'll be at the heart of our second line of defense, partnering with teams across the company to identify, assess, and mitigate the risks that matter most. If you thrive on solving complex problems, building elegant data solutions, and influencing decisions at every level of the organization-this is the role for you. What you'll be doing Design and automate high-impact risk reporting that drives real-time decision-making Build and enhance interactive dashboards using cutting-edge BI tools like PowerBI and Tableau
Develop reusable data pipelines that power our risk intelligence ecosystem
Maintain and evolve our ERM data stack, model repositories, and GRC tools
Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and process monitoring
Develop predictive risk models across credit, market, and operational domains
Lead stress testing and scenario analysis to prepare for the unexpected
Leverage diverse data sources-from cash flows to credit bureaus-to fuel smarter modeling
Conduct deep-dive analyses to refine and optimize risk frameworks
Document methodologies and processes with precision and clarity
What you will need to be successful Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or analytical field
5+ years of experience in risk analytics, finance, or data science
Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Excel for data wrangling and modeling
Expertise in BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau
Proven experience building scalable data pipelines
Strong business acumen and project management chops
Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across all levels-from junior analysts to executive leadership
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

$96,500.00 To $135,000.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
