Lee & Associates – Atlanta is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced commercial real estate team. This entry-level opportunity is designed for a recent college graduate eager to build a foundation in marketing, design, and commercial real estate.

The Junior Marketing Specialist will enter a 3–6-month training program (length may vary), where they will support ongoing marketing efforts, assist senior team members, and gain exposure to brokerage training and research initiatives. Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be evaluated for a potential pay increase and full transition into a Marketing Specialist role. This is an ideal role for a creative, driven individual looking to grow into a long-term marketing position within the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities During Training Period: Support Marketing Specialists and the Research Department with various projects and marketing deliverables. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, and social media graphics. Contribute to the design and upkeep of property listings, broker presentations, and team-branded materials. Attend broker training sessions to develop a foundational understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Perform front desk/receptionist responsibilities, including managing incoming calls and greeting visitors. Support digital marketing efforts, including content scheduling, analytics tracking, and campaign planning.

Responsibilities After Training (Full Marketing Specialist Role): Develop and manage property listings with visually compelling marketing materials (flyers, social posts, email campaigns). Prepare and distribute professional property tour books (digital and print). Create new business presentations and pitch decks. Design and execute digital campaigns to support property marketing and brand awareness. Maintain and enhance custom-branded marketing materials and broker updates. Support transactional processes: commission vouchers, contracts, and lease coordination. Collaborate with research on property data, demographics, and market reports. Produce creative marketing outputs from data-driven insights and broker feedback.

Required Skillset: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus). Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization and multitasking ability. Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail. Interest in commercial real estate, branding, and marketing strategy. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns, CMS tools) is a plus.
