This position is crucial for generating continuous qualified leads, building a strong pipeline, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will take charge of creating and implementing a referral partnership strategy that aligns with our revenue objectives, collaborating closely with executive leaders on partnership forecasts and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B partnership development, business development, or channel sales, with extensive experience in scaling referral or channel partner programs. You will work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to facilitate the acquisition, enablement, and incentivization of referral partners—especially those in HR consulting, Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and insurance brokerage sectors. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of HR tech, insurance, benefits administration, or PEO ecosystems. A strong grasp of SaaS economics and sales cycles is essential. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are critical, along with proficiency in CRM and partner management tools. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and cooperative environment. Success will be measured by your ability to launch a fully operational referral partner program within 6 months, establish a significant number of quality referral partnerships in the first year, and develop a scalable playbook for partner onboarding, enablement, and performance monitoring.
