About the Role
We are seeking a
Vice President of Human Resources
to provide strategic leadership across multiple sites. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with regional and senior staff to influence key HR initiatives, including engagement and culture, talent acquisition, learning and development, safety, and operations support. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric and associate-focused mindset, alongside the capability to partner with region presidents and key stakeholders to execute corporate, market, and regional HR strategies. As Vice President, you will lead talent development, succession planning, and performance management efforts, while also ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. To qualify, you should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, paired with at least 7 years of strategic HR leadership experience. Experience managing multi-site and multi-state responsibilities is preferred. A deep understanding of HR and business practices, along with excellent consultative and communication skills, is essential for success in this role. Additionally, a valid driver's license is required, and HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP will be highly regarded.
